I live in a 1600 unit housing co-op in NYC, we have no good local grocery (meaining walkable) I have been toying with the idea of getting people together to do a CSA. Anyone have any advice on how to go about starting to plan for such a project? How many families should i be looking at to start? How can I find a farm that would suit our needs? ANy advice is welcomed and appreciated. I imagine that it would be best to do the planning in the next few months and try to get setup and started in the spring.
